We have brilliant clients whose future-focus allows us to work on cutting edge talent, HR, learning and marketing projects. We are a small team that has been punching above our weight and are now looking to expand the core team to drive our next phase of growth.

Description of Vacancy
Do you want to make your mark in a growing and forward-looking business working with blue chip clients? Do you want to bring your skills and enthusiasm to a business that values fresh thinking? Are you a smart, organised and client-focused project manager looking for a real opportunity to develop your career? Do you relish the prospect of managing the development and delivery of new digital products to support the business?

As Project Manager, you will have day-to-day responsibility for the smooth and effective running of your external and internal projects with a focus on great delivery and exceptional customer experience. You should have some experience in effective project set up, budget control, project tracking and reporting, risk and issue analysis and quality assurance and well-developed communications and people skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your project management career - we are looking for someone who is keen to grow and develop with our business. This role has the potential to develop your career in both project and product management.

Skills
You will have:
  • Experience of project management – ideally within the B2B digital or learning sector and in a consultancy or agency environment
  • Good understanding and passion for digital technologies and learning
  • Experience of delivering projects that support organisational change in any of the following areas are highly desirable: learning or education, communications, research, storytelling, digital services and transformation
  • Experience of supporting the management and delivery of digital products is an advantage but the desire to develop these skills is essential.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in using a range of project management tools
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Person
This role calls for someone who can focus on the detail, being thoroughly and reassuringly on top of all aspects of their projects, while being aware of the bigger picture and who understands their clients and loves to deliver great projects to them.

We also need you to:

• Be Professional
All your communications, written and verbal, are of a very high standard. You remain calm and stable under pressure, you know when to delegate upwards and downwards and you are prepared to muck in to help the business, your colleagues and your clients succeed. We are a small team – that means you need to be happy to roll up your sleeves to help with whatever needs doing. We all take care of the little stuff as well as tackling the big things. We need you to be the same.

• Build and maintain relationships
You know how to build an effective working rapport with clients. Our clients always come first and these strong client relationships are a cornerstone of our success and yours. You have great connection with your team so that people love working with and for you.

• Be passionate
You make it your business to learn as much as possible – you read, you talk, you explore and you take an interest in what is going on around you. You keep up to date with new trends in the industry. Your enthusiasm and commitment mean you love always to do your best and to get the best out of those around you.
