We’re a small team, punching above our weight, working with brilliant clients on cutting-edge HR, talent, learning and marketing projects. We’re expanding rapidly, so we’re looking for passionate people who want to grow with us.

Right now, it’s an exciting time for us because we’re launching StoryTagger (www.storytagger.com), our complete storytelling service. It enables organisations to crowdsource and share real, inspiring user-generated learning videos – easily.

The role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who’s raring to make their mark in a growing and forward-looking business, working with exciting blue chip clients. If you’ve got the skills, experience and passion this is a great opportunity to shape your own role and career.

At LearnerLab, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Our new Digital Marketing Executive will focus on creating experiences and delivering a digital brand that makes a valuable and emotional connection with our customers at every stage of their journey.

This is a hands-on role and a fantastic opportunity to bring your skills and experience to a business that thrives on fresh thinking. There’s real potential for growth.

We’re highly flexible in meeting the different needs of our people and we’re open to offering this role on full or part time basis (minimum 3 days per week).

Your responsibilities
  • Contributing to marketing plans and campaigns in line with the marketing strategy.
  • Co-ordinating e-marketing, working closely with clients, contractors and our internal team to share brand and product updates across multiple digital channels.
  • Managing all branded social media channels, raising brand awareness and increasing customer engagement, regularly posting to attract a growing follower base.
  • Designing, delivering and monitoring performance of quarterly client e-newsletters.
  • Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Designing, maintaining and supplying content for the LearnerLab and StoryTagger websites.
  • Producing regular reports that measure digital marketing performance against targets; continually finding new ways to improve these metrics.
  • Attending product, industry and networking events.
  • Managing incoming media requests and building relationships with industry contacts.
  • Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends; recommending and implementing innovative and effective approaches for our brand.
Your skills and experience
  • Great writing skills and firm grasp of how different styles work for different digital channels.
  • Proven experience managing corporate social media channels, achieving customer engagement and business results (particularly Twitter and LinkedIn).
  • Working knowledge of ESPs (e.g. MailChimp), creating emails, managing data, testing and measuring performance.
  • Experience of using a CMS to update established websites.
  • SEO, web development, graphic design and video editing skills are a distinct advantage.
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics and experience of producing monthly measurement reports.
  • An understanding of product marketing and how to build positive brand awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to build relationships online and face-to-face.
  • Strong organisational skills, prioritising and managing your time effectively and independently.
  • Experience or knowledge of organisational learning is desirable but not essential – genuine enthusiasm for what we do is a must.
  • Likely to have at least two years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
  • A qualification in (or working towards) digital marketing is an advantage.
What we can offer
