Right now, it’s an exciting time for us because we’re launching StoryTagger (www.storytagger.com), our complete storytelling service. It enables organisations to crowdsource and share real, inspiring user-generated learning videos – easily. Which is where you come in.

The role
We’re looking for a Communications Consultant and Storyteller to help organisations transform their learning cultures and embrace new, digital possibilities. You’re passionate and enthusiastic, getting to the heart of our clients' needs and developing original solutions that excite and engage.

You’ll work closely with clients throughout the whole project lifecycle, really getting under the skin of a challenge. You’ll have a great opportunity to make a positive impact on organisations and their people: developing learning and communications strategies, designing social learning campaigns, and supporting clients to empower and enable through storytelling and sharing.

We’re highly flexible in meeting the different needs of our people and we’re open to offering this role on full or part time basis (minimum 3 days per week).

The responsibilities
  • Work closely with our clients, getting under the skin of the challenges they face.
  • Develop detailed strategies and solutions covering communications, storytelling, and research that have a transformative impact.
  • Design strong communications campaigns and content that embeds cultural transformation.
  • Develop storytelling frameworks that connect with client audiences and support cultural and behavioural change.
  • Define research briefs and carry out primary and secondary research.
  • Analyse research data and present findings in appropriate formats.
  • Identify and communicate clear, insightful recommendations.
  • Be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from pre-sales through to post project review and future work.
  • Contribute to case studies and white papers, showcasing our client success stories and innovative learner-first communications expertise.


Your skills and experience
  • Established communications and storytelling experience with large organisations, in a consultancy, internal communications or agency environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of organisational learning and development and the critical role communications play in engagement.
  • A good understanding of the challenges and opportunities organisations face around digital transformation, learning and culture.
  • Expert communication skills: communicating complex ideas concisely, accurately and clearly; relaxed confidence in face-to-face situations.
  • Brilliant relationship and people skills; an approachable, friendly manner with a commitment to putting clients first.
  • Strong analytical skills, applied effectively across all types of data.
  • Experience of designing research programmes, from high level down to the last detail.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A good understanding of digital technologies.
